About us
We are element3 – the ski school in Kitzbühel with one clear mission: to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. 365 days a year, we share our passion – not only on the slopes of one of the best ski resorts in the world but also off the pistes with unique adventures. We organize events, captivate audiences with ski shows, and embark on summer adventures like rafting and tandem flights.
Our classic ski school operations include high-quality private lessons, group lessons for adults and children, a race camp for kids and teenagers, as well as guiding the little ones through their very first turns on skis. In our children’s groups, there are a maximum of six kids – something truly unique and exceptional. And to ensure the best experience, we only employ the most skilled, motivated, and passionate ski instructors.
For the upcoming season, we are looking for ski and snowboard instructors, childcare professionals, and office staff who interact with guests of all ages in a professional and warm-hearted way – and, above all, who share their passion for winter sports and for Kitzbühel.
